Corporate Coaching for Senior Level Executives

This coaching program is tied to the company’s organizational goals, strategic initiatives, succession planning and/or talent management strategies. The coach will meet with corporate stakeholders and the individual being coached to outline goals and outcomes, set out the course of work and put performance metrics in place.

Includes:

  • In-person/phone meetings, including designing the scope of work and the final review
  • Initial in-person meeting with the person(s) being coached
  • Face-to-face interviews with colleagues, peers and/or direct reports
  • Establish measurable and specific goals
  • Create a personal development plan
  • Minimum of three assessments
  • Unlimited email support

Executive Coaching

This coaching program can be viewed as a form of advanced recognition and advancement. It can also be provided as a remedial process. It primarily focuses on improving leadership skills, enhancing performance or team-building skills. The coach works in conjunction with the Human Resources department or another senior executive. Meetings are usually held via telephone.

Includes:

  • Telephone meetings with corporate representative(s) to establish the desired outcome and reporting requirements
  • An initial telephone coaching session with the client to set the framework for the coaching relationship
  • Establishing specific and measurable goals
  • Creating a Personal Development Plan
  • Minimum of two assessments
  • Unlimited e-mail support
  • Job shadowing
  • Telephone interviews with a minimum up to six colleagues/direct reports
  • Online Essential Skills of Leadership Series
  • 360 feedback assessment

Personal Coaching

This type of coaching is initiated by the individual. The reasons for personal coaching program may vary but often revolve around personal skill development, starting a business, managing people, managing conflict, business development, designing retention strategy or career transition.

Includes:

  • Goal setting
  • Personal Development Plan
  • Unlimited e-mail support
  • Online Essential Skills of Leadership Series
  • Personality and behavior assessments
  • 360 degree feedback assessment
