If employees are not satisfied with their job,
then you run the risk of those employees quitting.
Sample Report
Each individual has a unique set of
skills and talents. One of the biggest reasons people are unhappy in their
job is it fails to give them satisfaction. Their skills and talents are
not aligned with what the job requires. They get frustrated, or burn out,
and start looking for another job. This report can prevent that.
Job satisfaction leads to high
retention and productivity. This assessment tool evaluates an employee’s
current job alignment, or it can be used to prescreen job candidates for
best job fit.
Measures:
1. How motivating the current work environment is. 2. How well aligned are the employees to the current job or to a new job. 3. What can be done to improve job satisfaction and productivity in the
current work environment. 4. What mixture, sequence, and frequency of task types create the best job
for the employees.
The TQ assessment report defines:
-
Ideal/preferred mixture of task types
-
Current job’s actual mixture of task types
-
Current job’s optimal mixture of task types
-
The change needed for each task
type to move you from actual to ideal (preferred) state
-
Change needed for each task type
to move your current job to an optimal (efficient) state
-
Current level of job satisfaction
-
An action plan methodology that you can individually use to improve your
job satisfaction. This plan can be extended to discussions/recommendations
with your boss for improved team member utilization
