Kathleen
Occhiogrosso is currently employed by Seton Health as the Chief
Human Resource Officer. She has 25 years experience in human
resources, 22 of which are in the healthcare industry. Kathleen
previously worked in human resources in the hospitality industry for
both the Albany Marriott and Sheraton Tara Hotels in Massachusetts.
Kathleen holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Human
Resources Management with a minor in Economics from SUNY at Oswego,
and is working on the completion of her Masters Degree through
Empire State College. Seton Health is ranked among the top five
nationally within the Ascension Health National Health Care System.
Seton Health has also been designated as a “Best Place to Work” by
the Capital District Business Review for two consecutive years (2008
& 2009).
