Stuart has a
broad range of skills and experience to help people and organizations
achieve success. For the past 25 years, he has worked in a variety of
settings to include public and private companies, the US military,
higher education, criminal justice and government. Stuart is able to
blend his in-depth understanding of change management, quality
practices, facilitation methods and training skills to diagnose and
resolve complex organizational issues.
Stuart’s specialty is helping people and organizations deal effectively
with change. His change management experience includes assisting all
levels of leadership to address systemic barriers and enablers
(communications, performance management, rewards and recognition) and
cultural issues (values and behaviors) that either impede or facilitate
change.
He has a proven record of accelerating and improving business results
using process improvement practices by helping teams reduce cost,
increase productivity and improve service.
He also has solid experience helping organizations both install and
realize the benefits of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and
Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) technology systems. In addition,
Stuart has led a division-wide Shared Services deployment that reduced
cost and improved service.
Stuart has an extensive training background with a B.S. in Occupational
Education from SIU(C) and a M.Ed. in Adult Education from Seattle
University.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Stuart has worked as both an internal and external Change Agent and as
part of a change management team to facilitate change associated with
technology installation, business process improvement and organizational
redesign.
BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Stuart has worked with or led teams working on process improvement
projects to improve the quality of both products and services, reduce
cost and streamline operations.
CRM/ERP IMPLEMENTATION
Stuart has work on both successful and unsuccessful projects, learning
from both efforts. He has experience installing Siebel, Microsoft
Dynamics Great Plains and Salesforce.com.
FACILITATION
Stuart has a very engaging and energetic facilitation style and he
successfully connects with people at all organizational levels from the
C-suite to front-line manufacturing employees.
