We work directly with senior leadership to understand their unique requirements and expectations. The process starts with a discussion on the theme, goals and the creation of a general strategy or agenda. As part of the process, each retreat usually includes some form of personal and/or organizational assessment as part of the design strategy.
As the retreat unfolds, the agenda may change directions as the management team works together to develop a collective team identity, build consensus on priorities, addresses key issues and sets action plans.
