455
individuals responded.
The survey
include two variations--a General Business and a Healthcare

Key Findings:

Show me the money.
"Challenging job assignments" was the number one reason people
would STAY at their present job. This is no longer the case.

Jumping ship.
The number of people considering leaving their current employer for
another has increased since our first survey.

Job dissatisfaction.
"Poor communication" and "lack of appreciation" rank
highest in causing
dissatisfaction at work.

Untapped potential.
Seventy percent of the respondents indicated they could improve their
productivity by 30-60 percent, if asked for their suggestions by
management.
