the "Top 100 Best Places to Work." He has guided hundreds of
organizations with measurable improvements in reduced turnover,
increased sales, and better customer service.
From 2nd Lieutenant to Lieutenant Colonel, he built his career on the
front-line, as an U.S. Army Officer. He was a management consultant to
the Army Surgeon General and the Director of Quality and Strategic
Planning for the entire U.S. Army Medical Department.
He has been featured in many newspapers and magazines including HR
Magazine, Business Week, Entrepreneur, USA Today, President & CEO, and
Kiplinger’s. He has appeared on numerous television programs including
